An e-mail address and password are required to view your billing information and/or pay online. Follow the on-screen instructions for new users to set up your account. You will be required to enter your account number (found on your billing statement) and your e-mail address. Your computer generated password will be e-mailed to you.
You can easily change your password after you are logged into the E-bill system by clicking on the "Change My Password" link provided on the left navigation panel.
