Return Policy

Not fully satisfied with the device you chose? No problem! Check out our return policy and learn more about the options you have.

15-Day Trial Period

Applies only to new customers. The trial period is available for all customers, regardless of whether they activated at a company location or an agent location. Equipment return policy is determined by individual sales agent.

If you are a new customer and are not completely satisfied with Nemont’s service, you may cancel without penalty within the first 15 days after activation.

  • We will refund the actual purchase price of the equipment, less a restocking fee, if applicable.
  • We will refund the activation fee.

Terms and Conditions

  • Equipment purchases will be refunded per restocking fee policy.
  • Refunds will be mailed to the address of record on your account within 60 days.
  • Please allow 8-10 weeks to receive your refund check.

You are responsible for the following costs:

  • Prorated monthly access charge.
  • Prorated feature charges.
  • Airtime overage charges.
  • Any roaming charges, taxes, toll charges and cost recovery fees incurred during the first 15 days. Roaming usage may take up to 60 days to process through billing.
  • Data usage charges.
  • 15-day risk-free guarantee applies only to activation on a new account.
  • 15-day risk-free guarantee does not apply to the following:
  • Port-in or port-out requests.
  • Additional lines for an existing customer.

Equipment Exchange/Return Policy

Applies to new and existing customers. The following exchange/return policies and restocking fee policies apply to purchases made from Nemont retail locations and may differ at agent locations.

If you wish to continue your service, but would like to exchange your phone or accessory (batteries, chargers and cases, etc.) within the first 15 days of purchase, we would be happy to help you within the following conditions:

Terms and Conditions

  • Equipment purchases will be refunded per restocking fee policy.
  • Equipment must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Your new phone will be sold at the same price type as your original phone.
  • You will be responsible for any difference in cost.
  • If your new equipment costs less than your previous equipment, the difference will be applied as a credit to your account.

Restocking Fee Policy

If you return a defective phone or accessory (including all packaging and parts) within 15 days:

  • No re-stocking fee applies.

If you return a non-defective phone (with all packaging and accessories) in excellent condition or an accessory with all packaging and in excellent condition:

  • No re-stocking fee applies.

If you return a non-defective phone (with all packaging and accessories) in less than excellent condition (packaging incomplete, missing charger, damaged, etc.) or an accessory in less than excellent condition or with incomplete packaging:

  • A restocking fee of $25 for all phones, applies and must be paid at the time of exchange.
  • A phone or accessory in poor condition or with any signs of physical or liquid damage cannot be returned.
